Notes on the Atrocities
Like a 100-watt radio station, broadcasting to the dozens...

Via Joe Gandelman, this news about the annual Sitting Duck Award:

Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld won this year's Sitting Duck Award as an easy target for columnists. He received the "honor" from the National Society of Newspaper Columnists during its June 11-13 conference here. One reason? Rumsfeld's ability to "duck questions with nonsensical answers...."

Sitting Duck runner-up was Rush Limbaugh, the conservative radio personality who railed against drug use while being an addict himself.

To beat out Limbaugh this year wasn't a walk in the park--nice work, Don!
